Wound care being performed per wound care RN protocol established 2/4/2026. Resident mood noted to be improved today; smiled during morning care and used communication board to indicate she wanted television on. Appetite per dietary aide report is approximately 75% of meals consumed over past 48 hours, improved from earlier admission. Continues on fall prevention protocol following incident 2/5. Family visited this afternoon; daughter expressed satisfaction with care and improvement noted in resident's engagement.
