Follow-up check-in with Margaret after the holiday weekend. She shared that Linda's visit went very well and that they enjoyed Sunday dinner together in the main dining room. Margaret mentioned feeling more at home lately and expressed no concerns or unmet needs at this time. She has signed up for the June watercolor workshop and asked about transportation options for a local shopping trip. Provided the community shuttle schedule. No family concerns or resident issues to note. Next routine check-in planned for mid-June.

Margaret attended her first book club meeting this afternoon and, per the activities coordinator, was an enthusiastic participant. She introduced herself to several new residents and exchanged phone numbers with two neighbors. During a brief hallway conversation, she mentioned her daughter Linda will be visiting over Memorial Day weekend and asked about guest dining reservations. Assisted her in coordinating a guest dinner reservation for Sunday, May 25. Overall, Margaret continues to integrate well socially and has shown a positive outlook since move-in.

Met briefly with Margaret in the dining room following her request to reduce red meat in her meal plan. She prefers poultry and fish options and noted she has been enjoying the Tuesday salmon entrée. Updated her dining preferences in the system accordingly. She also asked about low-sodium soup alternatives at lunch. Provided her with the upcoming seasonal menu and highlighted compatible selections. Margaret was appreciative and said the dining staff have been very accommodating.

Stopped by Margaret's apartment for a routine wellness check-in. She was in good spirits and mentioned enjoying the spring gardening club that started last week. She expressed interest in joining the book club as well and asked for the meeting schedule. Family contact (daughter, Linda) reached out last week to confirm Margaret is settling in well. No concerns noted. Margaret appears socially engaged and comfortable in the community.
