Mr. Treviño attended his first session of the new woodworking club today and according to the activities coordinator he was enthusiastic and engaged throughout. He shared that he used to build furniture in his garage years ago and was happy to reconnect with the hobby. He stayed for the full 90-minute session and chatted with other participants afterward. Staff noted his positive energy was a welcome addition to the group. Will encourage continued participation. No issues to report.

Received a brief phone call from Mr. Treviño's daughter Carmen inquiring about her father's social engagement and general well-being. Shared that he has been active in community events and appears content. Carmen mentioned she plans to visit the last weekend of June and asked about guest dining arrangements. Provided her with the guest meal reservation process. Mr. Treviño was made aware of the call and seemed pleased. No concerns from family or staff at this time.

Met briefly with Mr. Treviño during lunch service. He requested a reduction in red meat options on his weekly meal plan, preferring more fish and chicken. He also asked if a low-sodium seasoning alternative could be made available at his table. Both requests have been noted and forwarded to the culinary team for implementation. Mr. Treviño was pleasant and said he generally enjoys the dining experience. Will follow up in two weeks to confirm changes are to his satisfaction.

Stopped in to chat with Mr. Treviño this morning. He appeared upbeat and mentioned enjoying the warmer weather. He has been attending the Tuesday morning coffee social regularly and mentioned he has made a few friends on his floor. He expressed interest in joining the woodworking club starting next month. No concerns raised. Family contact on file is his daughter, Carmen, who he says calls weekly. Overall adjustment continues to be very positive since his 2022 move-in.
